PUP have been working on "Domestic Violence Prevention" since 2001. Issues affiliated with VAW such as Family violence, Torture, Child Marriage, Dowrie, Sexual Harassment are also prioritize as prime issue under this activities. During this long journey since 2001, the organization have been worked with various donor agencies and covered many sub-districts and unions of Bogura District. The organization have become member of various district and sub-district level government task force committees & local government standing committees, formed some effective youth volunteer groups, involved civil society representatives, create media alliances. So far, the organization have been treated a successful one on the question of "Domestic Violence Prevention" and related activities by the local administration and local government representatives.
